JUSTGROUP-AFRICA POOR SERVICE!

I have an advertising agreement with Just Group Africa to keep branding on my vehicle as per the contract but it doesn"t stipulate that the branding should be on your rear window it only stipulates on REAR OF CAR and on website it shows only on the boot of the vehicle. Needless to say they refused to pay me the advertising amount of R 570.00 despite my complaint and referring them to their own contract and website.

I requested in writing a response when I can legally dispose of this vehicle without any legal repercussions as I have learnt in the last two years NOT to trust them and the inadequate response was "Normally the vehicle can be traded in after a period of two years." Nothing else, no commitment from their side that the agreement will be terminated without any claims or whatsoever.

They sent us numerous sms messages that we must join the Earn While You Own campaign as we have several cars financed with our number and once we changed the agreement there were only the enquiries we made ourself.
