On Friday, 08/03/13, around 22h00? my sister in law and I went to the Ocean Basket at Monte Casino to have something to eat and ordered the special that they had, which included, fish, prawns, butternut and spinach. Immediately after the drinks were brought, the order was also brought to us, this being in a matter of 2 minutes. We were surprised, however we were also impressed... until we tasted the spinach which tasted a bit sour, then the prawns. We brought it to the attention of the waiter, who called their manager, Moses, who apologized. The prawns appeared to be old, as they were soggy and stuck to the shell, and didnt taste nice at all. When we got home, both our stomachs were sore and we called Ocean basket to bring it to their attention. Moses promised that their senior manager, Casper, would call me. However, I have made several calls since, speaking twice to the Moses that saw us, and another Moses and Mandla, and to date, no one has had the decency of calling me to explain anything, despite Moses saying that he did notice that there was something wrong with the prawns... please advise me on what to do. Thanks
