Shocking service

I took my Opel corsa in for a service last Thursday and everything went well. Today during the first drive over 10km since the service my car started making a terrible sound and one of the back wheels started smoking terribly. After having to pull over and check the car in an unsafe area I eventually managed to get it back to the garage. When I arrived no one was very interested in helping or showed any concern, after waiting for 35min with no communication I was handed my keys and sign out slip, no apology, no explanation. After I asked I was told that in the service my brakes had been adjusted incorrectly, still no apology for the inconvenience or shoddy workmanship. This is the 4th time I have had to take my car back after a service because during the service new problems were caused and after telling this to the service manager today, the response I got "shame that's bad luck". So if not even the manager cares or shows concern, where to from here??
