Citroen orders wrong part then refuses refund

I ordered a few parts from Citroen Fourways, one part had to be imported from France! When it got here turns out it was the wrong part. Even the guy assisting me, Robert Moyo, said that wasn't the part we ordered. Because we were both looking on the system at the diagams.

When Robert goes and asks the manager about the refund/credit the manager sends Robert back out to tell me that they can't do the exchange, suddenly Robert is blame shifting saying it was my fault because i paid for the part before they ordered it so it must of been the right part. As i said to him before i was simply ordering screws and somehow got sent spacers of some sort?

Then once the manager finished eating comes and quietly sits behind us and doesn't say anything till i ask Robert to call the manager which proved to be completely bad idea because the manager was just completely rude, insulting and arrogant. He doesn't even want to explain to me why he can't do the exchange he just claims it must of been my fault that Robert maybe put through a wrong order or typed the order number wrong because I know for a fact i didn't get spacers confused with screws!
