DANGEROUS SERVICING

I purchased a new motorbike from 2nd Gear and until the sale was made, their service was awesome - however, after-sale service was shocking and expensive. Every time the bike had been to them for servicing, things didn't work and it always had to go back. The last service included new brake pads. After a serious run-around and returning to their shop 4 times, they were unable to supply and fit new brake pads and they sent us directly to Jonway. We eventually went elsewhere for servicing, only to find that the brake pads previously put on the bike by 2nd Gear were on the wrong way - seriously jeopardising the safety of the rider. ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING and DISGUSTING! Needless to say, if you don't look after your customers, someone else will and we've found a new shop, willing, able and happy to be of service - closer to where we live. Thanks 2nd Gear for making us find people interested in looking after the bike. You won't be seeing us again!
