Total lack of after sales service

Hey Kevin, thanks for contacting me on Friday the 7th (oh wait, you didn't, nor have you since) about the break pads you were unable to supply and fit during the service you did, and both subsequent visits to yourself to get them fitted (needless to say, without any luck) Also a big thanks for putting the front break on backwards, really comforting to know your level of service is as non-existent as your customer care. Your after sales "service" is SHOCKING, every time the bike has been to you for a service, it comes back in worse condition than it went in. You should really try be more than just a Ja Bru-er.
