If I just could remember that this "service" station is the one, I would vote with my feet. This time I only had to go to the 4th stall to find one with a functioning lock. I don't know how many works and for how long it's been like this, but I do wish that the Department of Energy would pull the operating license for those service station, who don't follow a minimum set of standards.
