Empty bottles and no feedback

I purchased a 6 pack grolsch 3 weeks ago, 2 of the bottles was about empty, I went onto SAB website and loaded a complaint, a week later I still had no feedback, I then phoned and spoke to a lady who gave me a reference and promised someone would phone me back, guess what, no one phoned. I then went onto SAB twitter account and still no one has done anything to try and contact me. Its only 2 bottles but it is 2 bottles that I payed for which was empty. REF NR 030644. I wonder if someone will give me a call back this time as I have nowhere left to complain after this.
