SatNav Updates not delivered after over 3 years

When is LRSA going to fix the problems with the SatNav and outdated maps on the Discovery 4 HSE MY10? Still on the same maps I've had for over 3 years and no solution in sight. This is absolutely pathetic service and LRSA don't seem to care. This one problem would make me buy another make of vehicle next time.
