UTI mounties delivery guy with terrible attitude

Barclays had to deliver my Credit card after I had it replaced. The guy came, and reception called and I told them i am in a meeting and I need the guy to wait for five mninutes.

When i went out of the meeting, the guy had left leaving the mesage that i am waisitng his time.

Two things:

1.With that kind of attitude, I do not need you delivering my parcels because I cannot even trust you.
2. If you cant wait for 5 minutes for me to come out of a meeting, then make an appointment with me so I know exactly what time you are gonna be at my office and so i dont schedule any meetings or accept any meeting invites at that time.

The funny thing is, if the colour of my skin was different, i would not have been met with such attitude.

I am appauled and disgusted byt his behavior.

In future, I do not want UTI delivering any of my parcles. I will fetch them myself, even if i have to drive.
