RTT
Terrible Service

Good day,

I called the RTT offices on friday 18.01.2013 to enquire about the delivery of a parcel. I literaaly called them over 20 times with people promising to get back to me, calls been cut and no one been able to take responsibility. I first spoke to a Jessica, then got through to a Hazel cell phone which was then cut off, spoke to a Raylene who promised to get someone to call me back which i am still waiting for that call also spoke to a Charmaine who promised to call me back and i still waiting.

I cannot believe that such a huge organisation has people of this calibre working for them.

Today is monday and too date no one has returned a call or even got back to me.

the service is pathetic and wish never to deal with RTT again.
