Be warned!!! Unsafe Cars on the road!

I bought a 2010 1.6 White Ford Titanium from Daniel Governder, who was the manager of the branch. A week later i informed him that there was a strange noise coming from the front left tire, and that the aircon was not working. He asked me to bring the car in and he swapped tires around. Upon reciept of the car, my brakes failed and the hand brake would not hold. His 'guys' had swapped new brakes for old brakes. Then, while my boyfriend was driving, peak traffic the steering wheel fell onto his lap. I insisted that the car be repaired by a registered Ford dealership. The report given was that the vehicle has been involved in a mojor accidient prior and had not been repaired properly. Daniel agreed to repair the car. The car sat at Ford for 3 months becuase he refused to pay the bill. Eventually I involved the owner known as Mr Pillay who wanted me to help pay for half of the costs and threatened me with legal action should I refuse. I got a lawyer involved and after 9months and 6 installments later, the deal was cancelled.
I was given a Black Peugot to drive, and that nearly caused an accident as the brakes failed on a rainy night.
