Beware of VW Strijdompark

I took my Polo in to get the brakes repaired at VW Strijdompark on Friday 3 Jan only to drive out with my brakes not working, the brake pedal was pressed right down and the car would not stop, I immediately got out in the parking lot to show their technician who gave me a useless story of "It will take 200-500km until the brakes start working" Really???

Never the less he test drove the car around the block and agreed with me that the car was not safe to drive, however it was 5pm and there was nothing he could do, "Bring the car back on Monday" he said, happy for me to risk my life with no working brakes.

Monday morning comes and I take my car back only to be told they still were not repaired, can I wait for a loan car and they will sort it out on Tuesday, after waiting for 2 hours for the loan car to arrive, I'm given a loan car with no petrol in it. Great service... not!!!

Finally get my car back on the Tuesday but the wheel caps have been tampered with and do not fit on the wheels properly.

Highly advise not to go to VW Strijdompark
