Aking system at faulty after it was replaced

I took my car to a dealer (on the 16-03-2013) because the gear links were broken/damaged. I also asked them to check the brakes and the wipers. If the brakes were applied, I would hear a funny noise. After they check the brakes, I was told that the brakes drum was blue (damaged) because of my driving possibly. This is the first time i experience such problem after two years driving the same car.
The brake system (both front and rear) in my car was replaced last year (2012) in September according to dealer. I expected to braking system to last me longer. When I confront about this problem, they want to blame it on my driving.
I also paid (22-03-2013) for a rear wiper that I haven't received until now.

Every time I call them i don't get satisfactory answers.
