Bad service and promises not kept

My car went in for a repair on Monday the 9th of December.By Thursday, after several calls made by myself, I was guaranteed that my car would be finished by the following day 12:00 (Friday 13th). At 14:26 I receive a call from Peugeot SA to tell my they are arranging a rental car as my car would not be completed. Some gremlin got into the system and a new part was ordered which will be available on the 19th December. I was then told that my car would be completed on the 19th December. After several calls this morning the 19th December, and then finally driving through to the dealer, I was told that my car would now only be fixed the 31st December as there was another problem with the parts. Nobody even had the courtesy to call, update or give any feedback. This is easily the worst service from a company, and this includes Peugeot SA, as they wipe their hands clean by saying it is the dealer. Although the parts are shipped from them. I will never buy another Peugeot or advise anyone else to do so either. Be warned if you are looking for any new/second-hand car. This was my third one and I was left without one of the others for nearly 1.5 years.
