Peugeot 5008, 6 months old, in garage 3 times???

We bought our car in August from Hatfield Peugeot, a very long story... bad after sales service. Car has broken down twice - told it was thermostat. All lights came on and said STOP. Peugeot SA really lets down Peugeot France with their shoddy after sales service, why does a thermostat blow on a brand new car. I have been towed on a flatbed twice. 2 weeks ago reported temperature gage in red, and red dot. Peugeot assist very helpful but Penny from call centre - I'm still waiting for her to call me back. When car was cold, there was no coolant under minimum line. Why??? Car been at Centurion Peugeot last week, they did all the necessary tests and found nothing, they told me it could have been an airlock. They changed the discs on the car as it was shuddering when in cruise control and I would suddenly brake. I have threatened Peugeot with CPA and that I want a new car. Am I being unreasonable - this car is no longer reliable, what must happen the next time, be on a deserted road with kids in car as I was last week and pitch dark. Have to stop on the side of the road for car to cool down. Justice must be done. I am fed up with the bad service from Head Office and dealing with Peugeot.
