Delta Autoland
Horrible Service

Cars & Transport

I bought a Chery Tiggo 2.0 from Gert or better known as Junior in May this year. From the beginning I was to about the condition of the vehicle. The vehicle was in an accident and because I live in Nelspruit, I trusted Gert about the condition of the vehicle. When I got the vehicle it was clearly visible that the vehicle was in an accident. The clutch was faulty and the power steering pumped out more oil than Iraq. The vehicle was taken to Multi franchise in Nelspruit where it was taken to "somebody else" for repairs. I was then asked to bring the vehicle to them in Pretoria which I did. I wasted a whole day of my time because a clutch pedal was changed and not the clutch. Since then and 100's of phone calls literally, I am still not satisfied. Anton, the general manager eventually got involved. With the last incident of the vehicle, Anton also promised to pay me R1000.00 back for all the phone calls and trouble I have gone through. Needless to say, the R1000.00 has not been paid after several promises. The absolute poor service, continuous and dishonesty is unacceptable. Be very careful when buying a vehicle from this dealer because all is not what it seems.
