Unhappy with repairs

I sent my car to Galliga for hail damage repairs. My car has been with them for a month. Today they bought my car back and I was so unhappy with the repairs I sent the car back. The bumpers that they spray painted does not match the car (and by the way there were still scratches on a newly spray painted bumper - explain that). The floor manager said it was not his problem. I got upset in all fairness and raised my voice at him. He said he is a Godley person and that I'm not a Godly person as a Godley person won't get mad and complain about the state of my car. So I asked for a courtesy car and he said they don't offer a courtesy which is a blatant because the day I was quoted they offered my one. Nice of a Godley person to lie.
I told him what I'm not happy about and he kept on interrupting me. He said my car was perfect and there are no faults. My car is full of scratches that was not there when I sent my car in to the PB. I said that the driver and the appie that was with me when I inspected my car also agreed that the car was not in good order. To which his reply was 'they don't know what they're talking about'.
I will never use this panel beater again.
