Not bad service... THIS IS EXTREMELY POOR TREATMENT

Nisa is my close and personal friend and the treatment Jeep have given her is just absolutely horrific. Two weeks ago she got to her car in the morning to find that the compartment was flooded. This is from the rain. We are talking about an expensive off road vehicle that can not even deal with a little bit of rain!!
She took her car in to the dealership in Centry City, cape town (Sandown motors) and she said they looked very stressed about this problem. Now, this is where you would think that they would be more than apologetic. No!! A friend had to go and pick her up. That whole long weekend she sat with no transport at all!! They said that they were trying to get her a rental car (A Jeep Compas) and that she must come in on the Saturday morning. The person that was suppose to take her there let her down. THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT EVEN TELL HER THAT THEY WILL DELIVER THE CAR FOR HER! They said that a specialist was brought in to look at the car. Someone that specialises in this kind of thing. UI called on Saturday afternoon and the arrogance of the person put me into silence. I was not rude or anything but a tone was used: "you hold on there" was the words used.
