Terrible service

I wanted to trade in my current jeep and so I went to jeep Constancia to enquire what I can get for my jeep and what they have the first persone I spoke was Quintin, they didn't have any thing I was looking for then so I left my number for them to phone me, weeks went past no one phoned me. I work opposite the dealership so everytime they get new stock I will notice it, but no one phones so the second time I went again I then spoke to John (head of secondhand cars) told him how unhappy I am he said he will phone me back, still no one has phoned me and every time I drove past dealership I see the vehicle I have being looking for. So the third time I spoke to Wayne, left my name again still no one phones me back. I feel like they don't want to do business or maybe they they don't want to buy back there own products, if that is the case then just tell the customer that
