Bad service at Volvo braynston

Volvo went for oil change it so happens that in the gearbox something was wrong and this part was not available in South Africa and had to import, takes about 15 days which is bad to go without a car, the worst part is they have no curtesy cars for a maintenance plan and being a factory default, I went two days without a car before they got a car rental organized, they never phone you back and make promises they can't keep
This being the second time with them the first same experience on feedback and not fixing this part problem on my first service after I queried this. I will go to another branch rather in future
