The car is not getting any better

Hii! i collected my mercedes-benz from Syds suspension specialist last week but the problem is still there, instead of returning tha car to Syds suspension specialist, im considering returning the car to the dealership, im offering to pay the cost that the dealership paid wanting to get this car right. The only problem i have is, what happens to R7000. 00 that i paid for warranty?

Iam trying to get hold of the owner of pro west car sales so that we could sort this out once and for all, im hopefull the owner now is very much aware of the problem this car is giving me. Could you please get the monies that they would like me to pay so that we could cancel this contract?
