My Mercedes went in for a service to Mercedes Benz Volksrust. Prior to this i called L.C during the week to verify details and procedure as to how it would be done. I was assured all would be taken care of as my plan was active, and given a policy number to supply Merc. I get a call from Mercedes at 4:30 PM saying my car cannot be released because the authorizing from L.C was not done, because there is another car under my account on their system and they want photos to verify that my car is in fact a Merc at the Mercedes dealership!
I then called L.C were a woman wanted my VIN number which i asked her to hold on for, as i had to walk to the dealership..this was at 4:55PM..she cut the call, and my attempts to call back have now failed being after 5PM.
This is an absolute pathetic service, which i have had many a problem with but this has to be the last straw!
I am now highly inconvenienced and embarrassed at the dealership.
How does an error on L.C end become my problem, and even no assistance when i called in. I definitely want my account terminated, litigation pending, and will be actively advising all other Merc and any out of service clients not to go with this company! Disgrace!
