Pro west is not payment for repair done to my ca

I wrote last week complaining about a used Mercedes-benz E class of 2003 that I have bought from pro west car sales, after my complains to hellopeter, pro west car sales then called me to come and take my car because I left it with them, they told me that they have bought my car for repair at Syds suspension specialist in Pretoria west. I went to their garage and collected my car and dropped it at Syds suspension specialist. Yesterday Syds suspension specialist told me my car has been repaired but they wont give me the car until pro west car sales pay an amount of R3900 for the repair done. they are keeping my car until they receive their payment.
