Long outstanding claim no FG194/12

One of their vehicles damaged my vehicle on the 2nd of February 2013. Their 3rd party claims are managed by another firm called Lawcor cc also in Johannesburg. I opted not to claim from my insurance and that was the biggest mistake of my life cause since I accepted their offer to settle on the 15th of April, I have not been reimbursed even today. I've been calling everyday and I would be told the money will be paid the following day for the past 3 weeks. To make matters worse I would call and be told that the money has been paid to Lawcor but when I call Lawcor they would say no money was paid over by RTT. It's been like that for the past 3 weeks and I've never seen something like that in my entire life. I don't know what to do now. I just called them now to follow up on one of their promises made yesterday that they will pay Lawcor today and they confirmed that money was paid. To my surprise when I call Lawcor they tell me no money was paid. I don't even know who to believe at this stage but all I know is that I'm being sent from pillar to post just so I can get my money back.
