I have had it with the services I have been getting from ALBERANTE BMW in Alberton, my car is in for repairs and I have been given a date of the 18June that my car will be ready for collection but I still dont have my car. I have been calling since the 18June to find out what the delay is instead I get sent from post to pillar and not getting any concrete answers which according to me is very unprofessional, I hate beign treated like and, i was going to understand if I got communication from them telling me what the delay is but there's non or what so ever, All want is my car back and no silly excuses and someone atleast returning my call as I have left messages and no response, this is really irritating, can some1 pleassssseeeee from Alberant call me and tell me to come fetch my car.
