BMW Alberante is taking too long to fix cars

My car a was taken to BMW Alberante after a minor accident. the damage was in front just on the left side. this was on the 20 March 2013. Today being the 22 May 2013, 9 weeks later, i still dont have the car back. there was no delay from the insurance, everything was approved immediately.

we stated to follow up after the 2nd week and everyday. we are told they'll get back to us & no feedback. we must then contact them the next day to be told that car is almost done and it must go throught quality checks. they dont even care to explain what exactly is taking them so long.

i'm so very annoyed by their service and they seem not to care about the inconviniences they are causing for. we dont have a car & must always ask for lifts to go to work or hike.
