Double Charging

We hired numerous cars between January and March and kept complaining that we were being charged for unnecessary and extra charges that we did not request .. the end came when they had not filled the tank and charged us for the previous renter's fuel AND distance travelled PLUS a premium because it now added up to over the 200 Km per day allowed. We have quantified this over / double charge at R 1125 and, despite numerous requests and two personal visits where we were told that the Manager was not on site but they would ask him to phone us / address the problem, our invoice remains unpaid.
