BAD ATTITUDE AND POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

When I called recently to book my car to fit the rear light cover of my BMW 320i F30 for the second time in three months, a Mr Allie at BMW Auto Atlantic, Cape town enquired from me who the consultant was that I dealt with and advised me that that particular consultant was now working in Bloemfontein. As if I cared... Did he expect me to go to Bloemfontein to get service from that consultant in question again? Useless questions asked instead of dealing with the issue at hand!!
The after sales service and downright SERVICE at Auto Atlantic is pathetic to say the least. Their quality of work has meant that I had to bring my car to them to fix the same problem for the second time. Mr. Allie advised me that it was not his problem. Well done, Mr. Allie - I have taken my business and my family somewhere else; much happier at SMG!!
