Manager bad attitude (lack of customer service)

Took the car to the car wash, got it cleaned. they then went and parked the car under a tree with birds that messed. when we went to talk to the manager, his comments were that it was not his problem but simply nature and had a very negative attitude towards me, after a discussion with him all he was prepared to do was have me bring the car back on another day when they were not that busy and give a free wash and go.
