Abuse of staff

I take my car to this car wash every Sunday because of the great job they do.
Today I noticed that there was a new manager there that I have not seen before, nor did I get a name.
I was watching the cars in the wash bay and I noticed the one guy spraying a car and with his free hand eating a sandwich. This new manager walks around chewing his gum like a cow goes past this guy and and kicks him. I was horrified to say the least. If that was not enough he comes back a minute later and pulls him aside and basically twists his hand so much that the guy was screaming from pain.

I felt sick seeing how this big deal handled the staff that are so busy and do such a great job. They obviously don't get time to eat so who cares if the guy eats something while still working.

I will not be going back.
