Sasol
Owner Seemed to not be bothered

On Wednesday Evening I went to the Sasol in Fig Tree at about 9pm on my way home to get electricity. As I pulled up and got out my car there were about 5 young adults just hanging around, their meaner made a person feel uncomfortable. When I went inside 2 came inside and spoke to a mother and her daughter who were paying at the counter. I then got my electricity and heard the one saying they were waiting for a friend. I then walked out and found a homeless man sitting underneath the counter where the fuel attendants pay the cashier and one at the car wash.
On the Wednesday I tried calling the Service Station, but the phone stayed engaged until after 15:30 which was around the time I eventually got hold of the owner. Before I got hold of him I contacted your head office to check if I had the correct number and they also gave me his cellphone number, but that was also unavailable.
When I eventually got hold of the owner, he said he was on the internet, not even an apology, and then when I told him what had happened, he just said he will put a notice up, his attitude just seemed to me that I was bothering him about nothing.
