The pulley in my CLK needed to be replaced. After two visits to Sandown Motors I arranged (for the 2nd time) with Service Consultant, Charles, for my car to be collected for today. Pickup time was arranged for no later than 09h00 and was eventually collected late in the morning. It was delivered back to me at about 6pm. When I arrived home at about 7.30pm I discovered that my house keys were not where I Ieft them in the door pocket. Numerous phone calls and 3 hours later, Charles has not returned my call as promised, He tells me that the driver claims the keys were not there. Jan Fritz, Workshop manager, admitted that he has not spoken to the security guards who would know where the keys are, undertook to speak to them and revert to me but has switched off his phone without calling me back. Colin Richardson, the dealer principal, does not answer his phone and hasn't responded to the message I left him at about 10pm. Not one of these men are concerned about the fact that I am unable to access my house, animals are inside in the dark without food and whoever has my keys can access my home tonight. No responsibility has been taken by them and no assistance offered!
