BMW takes advantage of first time buye

I purchased a Kia Picanto from BMW umhlanga on the 10 May 2013 and have been having endless problems at first tehy tried to swindle me into paying for the service which they were liable for (NB. car is only doing 31000kms) and now the cambelt is gone and i am without a vehicle, further more they reuse to assist me with a courtesy vehicle. Both the manager Mr Beadsworth and his sales lady have been unhelpful and have offered pathetic advice in that the sales lady advised us to put some oil and the funny noise we herad would go away as that is what she did when she took the vehicle to fuel it. And as for the manager he is trying to push the buck onto Kia. Honestly i just want to give them back their vehicle. You would think a reputable company like BMW would do better than that. It is really sad.
