Bad after sale srevice

I bought a motorbike from this dealer assistant by Eric who promised to diliver the bike in the next 3 days and that was on the 26th of April 2013. Until now I still dont have my bike which I have paid in full for it. On more than 3 occasions I have had to arrange with people to wait at my home so the bike could be delivered as promised on those particular day (s). The bike on 2 occasions was set to be on it's way to my house but never arrived after communication that it had already been loaded and left the dealership. The finnal straw was organising people at my own expense only for the delivery guy to be told he needed a letter of autorization. I would advice anyone doing business with this dealer to be very careful as he smooth talks hhis way out of any situation and never communicates with the client until you phone to fight with.
