Bad/slow service

I was at Renault Wonderboom on Tuesday the 4th of June, to inquire about a Stepway, asking the lady who helped me for a written quote, as I want to buy one (I love this car very much). I was told that I will receive one the very same day via email. It is now the 7th of June, 4 days later, and I still haven't receive a written quote yet. Upon phoning on Wednesday, the sales lady told me that the lady doing the quotes is very busy, and will assist me a.s.a.p.

If you guys are "so busy" helping other customers, or what ever, I'll take my business somewhere else. How long can it take to type/email a quote? By the way, I wanted to buy the car cash, so your loss!! I will never refer anyone (not even people I'm hating) to your company ever again.

That is very bad and slow service, to think I wanted to buy a car there, how would I have struggled if service is so bad now, not even owning a Renault yet..
