Good day I enquired about a kitchen in December, having decided what I would like I order and paid for the kitchen nearing the end of December. 1. Never given a printed quote - bank details written on a scrap paper and the quote, plus door handles and sink written on a scrap paper. I made the payment as they showed me the quote on the screen and assumed I would receive the inv. I was told that the factory would open on the 6th and I would receive my kitchen in 7-10 working days. It is now the 3rd of FEB and still no kitchen. I only started enquiring on about the 5th working day - contacted to pay cash to the sales lady for the granite, received a tax invoice 15/01/2014 as proof of payment - very unprofessional to pay cash into a sales persons hands. Monday 20/01 told in production, 22/01 in JHB warehouse, - still no delivery. Phoned head office 22/01 - Sales lady reply - del 23 or 24/01. Contacted Head office regional M - 31/01 - kitchen still in KZN - So I ask you who was lying and who was telling the truth. In the end I haven't had a kitchen for a month - two kids single mom - take out very expensive. 03/02/2014 still no kitchen. Tired of phoning and wasting my time!
