Really bad everything

After 3 previous complaints I decided to once again use the Total garage in my area.! EVERYTIME I say I want to swipe in the store I have to hear their machine today don't work. When I asked the behind the counter to swipe my card so I can see if it is out of order his response was 'eish, eeeehhh. what if it charges you? ' Why do we employ like this? I told him if it charges me it means that I paid for their services and everything will be ok. He then leaves me and goes to the back office where I can hear him warra warra with a other person. I eventually left after 3 min. I hope everyone reads this and agrees to rather boycot the entire group than only a store as I believe that Total will then get off their and do something regarding this. This is by far the worst garage ever.
