Damaged Goods, Bad Attitude

Please help, i traded my car in (Fiat Palio 1.2 active) with Market Car Sales on friday the 31.05.13 for a Citroen C4, i collected the car the very same friday and it broke on saturday night around 10 pm. The sales man who assisted with the selling of the car came on Sunday to check what the problem with the car was and he couldn't make anything out of it. He came Monday morning to tow the car to the mechanic. I then requested to see the owner of the dealership, then I was referred to Nico who just gave me complete attitude and never wanted to put himself in my position. All i wanted when i spoke to the owner was a loan car that i could use in the mean time as they had my old car and and took the new one to the machanic. They gave me a loan car yesterday after I have involved my lawyer. The loan car was in a terrible state. The brakes are finished and the gear is so hard to control, I had to sign an indemnity form to say should anything happen to the car I will be liable for it. It was such a mission for me to drive that car home. I didn't drive it to work this morning and opted to take a taxi because I was scared anything can hapen to that car..
