Bad service and damaged goods

We visited Mr Price Home, Parkview, pretoria on Monday morning 21 January 2012. There were no staff available to assist us, I had to fetch the ladder myself to reach a throw. Secondly, we wanted to buy a white curtain, but there was only one packaged one, and one damaged and dirty one. After finally getting hold of a sales person we asked her to please see if there are any other white curtains in storage her response was, that we should rather go to another supplier!!! This is totally unacceptable... We also bought something from the sales corner (2 throws) the throws were incorrectly priced, and when enquiring we didn't even get a response. It seems like they put all the "bad attitude" staff there on a Monday! I will defiantly not advice someone to buy there if you are going to need assistance... as the sales person said " rather buy somewhere else"
