Care about customers - No problem warranty

I bought a Probe battery that had a 2 year warranty from Makro Woodmead on 25-Feb-12. The battery stopped holding a charge after 9 months. I took the battery back to Makro on 11-Jan-13. They sat with it for a week even with 3 follow up calls while I couldn't use my car

I called Probe today (18-Jan-13) and explained my predicament. 3 hours later, they delivered a new fully charged battery to my work after checking up at Makro.

Kudos on the great service. Wish I had just called you in the first place.

Only problem is the e-mail address on the website failed. This needs to be updated/corrected.
