HI-Q franchise is just a name

I had a puncture repaired in Riviersonderend. I was on my way to Cape Town. At Caledon the tyre was flat. I took the tyre to HI Q in Belville, and was told that I had to pay again. The problem was that the plug that they used, was leaking. Now, What now. Way do I have to pay twice to get the job done.
