False, Misleading Sale

I traded my Kia Picanto at Auto Pedigree Centurion & took delivery of the second hand Nissan Tiida on the 12th Oct 2012. The following day Saturday I discovered few wrong things on the car and I informed Innocentia (sale person) on Monday 15th October 2012. The following were the faults on the car: Steering wheel when you turn, it makes some noise, Wheels (The alignment is not good at all. Brakes make noise when stopping). The car is pulling off the road. It was tested by your mechanic (George) and Guys at Tiger Wheels (Ian). Also the car went to Tiger Wheels 4 times or more that for alignment. Even now I am still not happy about it, The bag seat is not properly installed, The black plastic thing on the door is loose, There is no cigarette lighter (not functioning) and the ash tray - it is part of the package, Gearbox - faulty (I ASKED ABOUT THEM ABOUT THE WAY THE CAR WAS CHANGING GEARS AND THEY ALL CONVINCED ME THAT THE AUTOMATIC DOES THAT -CHANGES LIKE THAT) I have been asking them to replace the car with another one but they insist on fixing. I even contacted the branch manager. It's the 3rd month now since I bought the car and I am not satisfied at all.
