Warranty claim

I took my car for service and an oil leak repair. The total cost came to R 6000 (R 1 395 for the major service done and the balance for the the oil pump they replaced. I have a 2 year repair warranty on the car which would have covered the cost of the oil pump. i put my claim with the warranty company. they required a breakdown of the repairs done by car service city Midrand to be sent to them by car service city. the info was meant to be sent to the Warranty people a day after the service and to date they haven't sent the report and quote of the repairs i paid for. leaving me with a suspicion that i was overcharged or paid for a part that was not probably damaged. i fail to understand why they haven't that report through. THE CULPRIT IN QUESTION HERE IS A GENTLEMAN BY THE NAME OF DIVAN whom promises to call me everyday after i have called to check the progress of the report. The service i have received thus far is atrocious. i will never take my car to that repair centre ever again and wouldn't recommend anyone to.
