Frustrated, angry and fed-up Client!!!

I am very disappointed of the service that i received from Rustenburg VW. I have taken my car for service every 15 000 km's as per requirement, which i paid for. The car was purchased in 2010 and i did not have issues. Last week i sent the car in for service and they contacted me with a quotation of R14 000 which i should pay.

The quote included faults with the exhaust manifold etc. At 60 000 km (the car was still under warranty), they changed the v-belt. that was in September 2012. Now, included in the R14 000 quotation is a v-belt. which i must pay for. I emailed VW South Africa and they eventually contacted me after 4 days. They spoke to the Service Manager at VW rustenburg and he saying that its wear-and-tear. All the time when i sent my car for service, they didnt see a problem. and now that the car is one month out of warranty, they giving me this quotation. the car is currently stationary at my home and im using public transport to get to work!!

The lady i spoke to at VW SA is saying that they apologise that they cant assist me, and i should go to the dealership and ask for a discount!

Frustrated!!!
