I bought my car From Nissan Fourways. They installed exstra things on my car and a part inside my car has gone missing and i was promised they would get a new part, but it has been months. I dont get any feedback from Allan and everytime i phone he has another excuse.
They also owe me money from the buying of the car.
Should i first complain and scream over the phone before any action is taken.
