Results withheld, handed 2 ITC bcos of wrong quote

My Name is Rhulani Baloyi. In 2010 I went to PC Training and requested a quotation to study N, The quoted me and my organisation paid the full amount of R4290 on the quotation. later I was told I was owing R250 registration fees, my impression was that the quotation included everything and now they saying it did not include registration. my results are now witheheld and they are saying I must pay the amount and the have taken me to their lawyers and Im now well on my way to being blacklisted for the discrepency they made, if the did include that registration fee on the quotation, which Im still puzzled as to why they didn't, I would have paid the amount in full. R250 might seem like a small amount but frankly don't have it and I do need my results as I have satisfied all requirements. They say I must now bring them a quotation which I paid with, I honestly wouldn't filed the quotation from 2010 until now. This is depressing and nobody is willing to help me.
