Nissan Kuilsriver serviced my vehicle and lost my maintenance book on the 2th of April and to date I still don't have a new book. I have a full service record with Nissan on the vehicle. I have been calling every week for the last 2 months.
I have even searched and called other branches and got all the invoices together for all the services over the years. When I offered to send it, it was declined by Lizelle.
Today I called again and was told that I was going to send the invoice and I didn't. Was also told like all the other times that she will call me right back, that also never happens.
I e-mailed all the invoices to her today.
What bad service and no help from Lizelle what so ever.
