I TOOK A HOSPITAL PLAN OUT BEGINNING OF THE MONTH, THEY SAID THAT IF I ADD MY HUSBAND ITS GOING TO BE AN XTRA 58 ON TOP BECAUSE HE IS 50. RECOMMENDED HE TAKES OUT HIS OWN POLICY AND THEY WILL PHONE HIM. 2 WEEKS LATER I PHONED AND ASKED FOR HIM TO BE ADDED ON MY POLICY. I WAS TOLD THAT THEY ARE OFFLINE BUT THEY TOOK DOWN HIS DETAILS AND ASSURED ME THAT THEY WILL ADD HIM AND THAT HE IS FULLY COVERED AS FROM THAT DAY. HE LANDED IN HOSPITAL LAST MONDAY. I PHONED AND TO MY SUPRISE HE WAS NOT COVERED! I ASKED FOR THE RECORDINGS AND I AM STILL WAITING AFTER REQUESTING IT AGAIN. THATS NOT ON, I FEEL THAT THEY MUST DO WHAT IS RIGHT. DONT GIVE FALSE INFO IN ORDER TO GET BUSINESS!
