Poor service and car returned in worse condition

My car was taken in for a buzzing sound eminating from below the engine compartment.
I was told it was the self levelling suspension and that the air bag had to be replaced at an excessive cost.
It was returned to me with the invoice and yet the same problem sill persisted.
I returned the car a couple of times with no change and the problem continued to persist.
At no stage, however, was the car sagging on the back suspension.
I eventually asked the dealer to return the car to me so that I could have the buzzing sound repaired elsewhere.
When it was returned to be the back suspension had collapsed completely and the car is now undriveable.
Broadway Motors refuses to respond to me at all, as does BMW SA customer services.
